成都52中是专门招收“问题学生”的学校。这里的学生家长难管,学校难教,社会难容。九年前,我毕业来到52中。不久,一个男生和年轻的男老师发生冲突,这个学生抓住老师的衣领,抵在墙上一阵猛打:那是我第一次见识“问题孩子”。而九年的教师生活,让我深切感受到只有亲近学生,只有走进他们的心灵,才能让我的教育收到好的成效,才能让他们真正转变并健康成长。
Chengdu 52 is specifically recruiting “problem students ” school. Parents here is difficult to manage, difficult to teach the school, the community unbearable. Nine years ago, I graduated to 52. Soon a boy and a young male teacher clashed, the student grasped the teacher’s collar and hit the wall for a while: it was my first experience “problem child”. The nine-year teacher’s life makes me feel deeply that only close students, only into their hearts, can my education receive good results so that they can truly transform and grow healthily.
