为了提供小麦育种迫切需要的抗源及优异材料,我们从北京、青海,陕西、四川和我省的省、市科研单位搜集国内外小麦资源材料400多份。1985—1986年在郑州地区进行了鉴定研究。田间试验鉴定方法:按各省材料顺序排列,行长2米,单行区,对照品种为7023。病害鉴定方法:设条锈病诱发行,混合种植感病一号,铭贤169、辉县红三个品种,于3月上、中旬两次在诱发行接种条中22、2325、26、27号混合生理小种。3月上旬在各品种的行端采用注射法,用上述条锈混合菌
