目的 分析招飞体制改革后招飞工作中存在的问题,以求在今后得到改进。方法 从1988～1997年江苏、浙江、安徽3省招飞初检及全面体检各科合格率进行分析 结果 1988年合格率为9.99％,此后逐年升高并稳定在28％,内科、外科、眼科、耳鼻咽喉科此种趋势尤明显。取得以上成绩的原因是体检技术的提高,控制每日工作量适当,体检标准和体检方式科学。结论 招飞体检制度改革是成功的。配齐体检人员,严格训练,搞好摸底体检是重要经验。
