目的:探讨灵芝孢子油与环磷酰胺(CTX)合用对肝癌实体瘤(HepS)的增效减毒作用以及对免疫功能的影响。方法;建立ICR鼠肝癌实体瘤(HepS)模型,将模型小鼠随机分为:模型组;灵芝孢子油组;CTX组;灵芝孢子油+CTX组;分别观察以上药物对T淋巴细胞酯酶染色;溶血素抗体生成;DNCB诱导的迟发型变态反应和脏器系数、抑瘤率以及WBC的影响。结果:CTX可使肝癌实体瘤鼠体重明显减轻,瘤重明显减小,抑瘤率为84.2%,但胸腺萎缩;胸腺系数明显降低,血液中WBC数明显减少;T淋巴细胞酯酶染色率明显减少,炭粒吞噬廓清能力降低;DTH反应有降低的趋势。灵芝孢子油与CTX合用对肝癌实体瘤鼠瘤重明显减小,抑瘤率为45.0%,胸腺系数未见明显变化;血液中的WBC明显升高,T淋巴细胞酯酶染色率明显增加;吞噬指数K和吞噬系数a明显增高;具有增强炭粒吞噬廓清能力和促进DTH反应的作用。结论:CTX与灵芝孢子油合用可提高灵芝孢子油的抑瘤作用,同时可减轻CTX的不良反应,改善和增强机体免疫功能。
Objective: To investigate the synergistic and attenuated effect of Ganoderma lucidum spores oil combined with cyclophosphamide (CTX) on HepS hepatocellular carcinoma (HpS) and its effect on immune function. Methods: The HepS model of hepatocellular carcinoma in ICR mice was established. The model mice were randomly divided into model group, Ganoderma lucidum spores oil group, CTX group, Ganoderma lucidum spore oil + CTX group. The above drugs were respectively tested for esterase staining of T lymphocytes ; Hemolysin antibody production; DNCB-induced delayed-type hypersensitivity and organ coefficient, tumor inhibition rate and the impact of WBC. Results: CTX could significantly reduce the body weight of hepatoma solid tumor mice, the tumor weight was significantly reduced, the tumor inhibition rate was 84.2%, but the thymus atrophy; thymus coefficient was significantly reduced, blood WBC was significantly reduced; T lymphocyte esterase staining rate was significantly Reduce, carbon particles phagocytosis clearance reduced; DTH response has a downward trend. Ganoderma lucidum spore oil combined with CTX significantly reduced the tumor weight of hepatoma solid tumor in mice, inhibition rate was 45.0%, no significant changes in the thymus coefficient; blood WBC was significantly increased, T lymphocytes esterase staining increased significantly; phagocytosis Index K and phagocytosis coefficient a significantly increased; with enhanced carbon particles phagocytosis clearance and promote the role of DTH response. Conclusion: Combination of CTX and Ganoderma lucidum spores oil can enhance the antitumor effect of Ganoderma lucidum spores oil, meanwhile reduce the adverse reaction of CTX and improve and enhance the immune function.
