先参照图1,辗环机具有一对径向辊子,是由一个主辗压辊1和可相对主辗压辊1调整的芯辊2组成。在径向辊的对面有一对截去锥形顶端的轴向辗压辊。下锥辊由马达带动,而图中没有表示出来的上锥辊是从动辊,能相对于下锥辊调整,以便当主辗压辊1在机架里固定。当环件直径扩大时,锥辊3的顶点4总是保持在环件的中心线上。一对锥辊装在机架里,可以沿水平方向移动,以便当被辗的环件最终半径大于锥辊母线时可以继续辗压。另一种设计,是采用足够长的锥面,锥辊3可以固定在机架里,而径向辊子1、2随环件直径增大可以在机架上向外移动。
Referring first to Fig. 1, the ring rolling machine has a pair of radial rollers consisting of a main rolling roll 1 and a core roll 2 adjustable relative to the main rolling roll 1. Opposite the radial rollers there is a pair of axial rollers for truncating the tapered tips. The lower taper roller is driven by a motor, and the upper taper roller (not shown) is a driven roller that can be adjusted relative to the lower taper roller so as to be fixed in the chassis when the primary roller 1 is in the rack. As the ring diameter expands, the apex 4 of the cone roller 3 always remains on the centerline of the ring. A pair of conical rollers are mounted in the frame and can be moved horizontally to continue rolling as the final radius of the ring being rolled is greater than the cone roller. Another design is to use a sufficiently long conical surface, conical roller 3 can be fixed in the rack, and the radial roller 1, 2 with the ring diameter can be moved out of the rack.
