在静电场的设计中,计算了电子束行径的五种方案。用那一种方案才能在一定像距的工件上得到最小的束斑点,从而得到最高的功率密度呢?这是个重要的问题。下面,通过计算最佳α值来达到这个目的。
In the design of electrostatic field, five schemes of electron beam path are calculated. With that solution we can get the minimum beam spot on a piece of work piece with the same distance to get the highest power density. This is an important issue. In the following, this is done by calculating the optimal alpha value.
