目的 :探讨在抗体应答期间 ,脑和淋巴器官中儿茶酚胺 (CAs)含量的动态变化 ,藉以了解免疫状态对中枢和外周CAs神经活动的影响。方法 :用绵羊红细胞 (SRBC)免疫大鼠 ,在免疫后第 2~ 7d应用高效液相色谱 电化学检测法 (HPLC ECD)测定大鼠下丘脑、海马、脑干和胸腺中去甲肾上腺素 (NA)、肾上腺素 (A)、多巴胺 (DA)和高香草酸 (HVA)的含量。结果 :①下丘脑和海马内NA在抗体应答期间升高 ,而胸腺中NA降低 ;②下丘脑、海马和胸腺中A含量在抗体应答期间均增加 ;③脑内DA在抗体应答期间有增加和减少的现象 ,但HVA都增加 ;④脑干中CAs含量在抗体应答期间均无显著变化。结论 :抗体应答可能使下丘脑和海马中CAs神经的活动加强 ,对胸腺CAs的影响可能依递质不同而作用不同 ,而对脑干中CAs神经的活动可能没有明显影响
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the dynamic changes of catecholamines (CAs) in brain and lymphoid organs during antibody response in order to understand the effect of immune status on neural activity of central and peripheral CAs. Methods: Rats were immunized with sheep erythrocytes (SRBC). The levels of norepinephrine (norepinephrine) in hypothalamus, hippocampus, brainstem and thymus were measured by HPLC ECD at 2 ~ 7 days after immunization NA), epinephrine (A), dopamine (DA) and homovanillic acid (HVA). Results: (1) NA in hypothalamus and hippocampus increased during antibody response and NA in thymus decreased; (2) A content in hypothalamus, hippocampus and thymus increased during antibody response; (3) brain DA increased during antibody response and Reduce the phenomenon, but HVA increased; ④ CAs content in brainstem did not change significantly during antibody response. CONCLUSION: Antibody response may enhance the activity of CAs nerve in the hypothalamus and hippocampus. The effect on thymus CAs may differ depending on the neurotransmitter, but may not have significant effect on the activity of CAs nerve in the brainstem
