没有爱就没有教育,同样,没有爱就写不出有教育和激励作用的评语。评语是对学生德、智、体等方面发展水平进行综合评价的手段之一,是小学阶段其他评价代替不了的评价方法。我在评价中特别注重以下两个方面。一、尊重学生,突出个性,全面评价过去的评语只围绕学生的学习情况进行评价。众所周知,学生的学习固然重要,但并不是唯一的。学生是千差万别的,即使在同一件事中的表现也各不相同,正如苏霍姆林斯基所说的:“每个学生都有一个独一无二的个性。”因此,教师不要只看到其中的某一点而武断地给学生一个“好”或“坏”的评价,而要全面分析,寻找学生内心
