目的:建立抗骨增生胶囊指纹图谱测定方法。方法:采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂(Phenomenex Luna C_(18)(2)100A色谱柱),以乙腈和水作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长270nm,测定10批抗骨增生胶囊样品,建立其液相指纹图谱。结果:指纹图谱中共标记了14个共有峰,10批抗骨增生胶囊指纹图谱相似度均大于0.95。结论:该方法简便、稳定、重现性好,可用于抗骨增生胶囊的质量综合评价。
Objective: To establish an anti-bone hyperplasia capsule fingerprint method. Methods: The octadecylsilane-bonded silica gel was used as a filler (Phenomenex Luna C18(2)100A column) with gradient elution of acetonitrile and water as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. At 270 nm, 10 batches of anti-bone hyperplasia capsules were tested and their liquid phase fingerprints were established. RESULTS: There were 14 common peaks in the fingerprint, and the fingerprints of 10 batches of anti-bone hyperplasia capsules were all greater than 0.95. Conclusion: The method is simple, stable and reproducible. It can be used for comprehensive evaluation of anti-bone hyperplasia capsules.
