当前在大力推进素质教育的新形势下,我们教师应该合作探究,形成研讨氛围,整合教研资源,发挥“集团效应”的优势。要求教师要加强集体备课,发挥集体智慧,共同研究,共同进步,提升教师群体课堂教学的能力和水平,提高教学质量和学生的整体素质。具体做法:协作分工,搜集材料;中心发言,破难攻坚;互相交流,博采众长;资源共享,用于实践。
At present, under the new situation of vigorously promoting quality education, our teachers should cooperate to explore, form a seminar atmosphere, integrate teaching and research resources, and give full play to the advantages of “group effect”.
