中共广东省肇庆市市直机关以《党章》、《准则》和党史为主要内容,组织全体党员开展了党的基本知识竞赛活动。这次竞赛活动,由下而上,分三步进行。第一步,以支部为单位,组织上党课,学习讨论,而后由机关工委统一命题考试,近11000名党员参加考试,90分以上占94.5%,不及格的仅占0.4%。第二步,各支部选拔三名考试成绩优异的党员,其中一名必须是科级以上党员干部,组成竞赛小组,共组成数百个竞赛小组,分别参加备战线的竞赛,市直十二条战线的第一名,参加市直机关的竞赛。第三步,由市直机关工委主持,以12个组中选出6个组参加决赛,赛出前三名,由市领导分别颁发锦旗。决赛的结
