当前国内外利用~(60)Co—γ射线进行辐射加工,在食品工业,弹性体和聚合物辐射改性等方面相当活跃,并且已经突破了公众心理和经济上的障碍,取得了很大的进展。辐射加工在木材工业上的应用也开展了一些研究,从1956年开始研究在木材中注入乙烯类单体,通过放射线使其聚合,改良材质,作为一种新的木质材料在工业上开始生产。为了开拓辐射加工新领域和在木材行业应用此项新技术。笔者立题进行~(60)Co—γ辐照木材改性及热效应研究。通过两年多的试验发现:~(60)Co—γ射线的热效应对于木材干燥很有开发价值。
Radiation processing using ~ (60) Co-γ-ray at home and abroad is quite active in the radiation modification of food industry, elastomers and polymers, and has broken through the public psychological and economic barriers and made a great progress. The application of radiation processing in the wood industry has also carried out some research. Since 1956, it began to study the injection of ethylene monomer into wood, polymerizing it by radiation, improving the material and starting production industrially as a new woody material. In order to explore new areas of radiation processing and application of the new technology in the wood industry. The author set the issue for ~ (60) Co-γ irradiation wood modification and thermal effects. After more than two years of experiment, it is found that the thermal effect of ~ (60) Co-γ ray is of great value for wood drying.
