在勘察设计企业存在着些“大锅饭”情况,人工成本出现大范围增涨,企业对员工的激励不足,工作热情低落,优秀人才流失严重现象出现较多。面对诸多问题,当务之急就是要立足目前薪酬体系,进行相应的改革,只有这样才能提高企业的竞争力,保证企业更好更稳定的向前发展。本文在分析当前勘察设计企业薪酬体系中存在的问题的基础上,进一步提出了解决问题的相关措施,以促进企业更好的发展。
In survey and design enterprises, there were some “big pots and rice” situation, a large-scale increase in labor costs, lack of motivation for enterprises to employees, enthusiasm for work low, the serious loss of outstanding talents appear more. In the face of many problems, it is imperative to base ourselves on the current remuneration system and carry out corresponding reforms. Only in this way can we enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and ensure a better and more stable development of the enterprises. Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the pay system of survey and design enterprises, this paper further proposes relevant measures to solve the problems in order to promote the better development of enterprises.
