不治疗的小细胞型肺癌患者按病期不同,平均生存期为1.4～3.1个月。近年来由于使用积极联合化疗,平均生存期已有延长。特别是联合应用放疗和化疗可使某些病例获得临床完全缓解,且似乎可望长期生存。作者为了探讨这个问题,从1973年6月～1979年1月选择了70岁以下的小细胞型肺癌患者479例,随机分组使用下述治疗方案进行治疗:①环磷酰胺,氨甲喋呤,环已亚硝脲每4周1次;
Small untreated patients with small cell lung cancer by disease duration, the average survival period of 1.4 to 3.1 months. In recent years, due to the use of active combination chemotherapy, the average survival has been extended. In particular, the combined use of radiotherapy and chemotherapy can lead to some clinical complete remission in some cases, and seems to be expected long-term survival. To explore this issue, the authors selected 479 patients with small-cell lung cancer under the age of 70 years from June 1973 to January 1979 and were randomized to the following treatment regimens: ① cyclophosphamide, methotrexate, Nitre urea once every 4 weeks;
