高职院校要得以持续性发展,离不开广大青年教师的努力,高职院校青年教师在教学过程中常会产生困惑,只有对他们加以引导,让他们做好职业生涯规划及管理,才能让青年教师的职业价值观得以体现,也才能有效促进高职院校人力资源的管理。本文在对青年教师职业生涯规划产生影响的主要原因进行分析基础上,进一步阐述了高职院校青年教师对职业生涯的规划及管理措施。
