为了把压缩扩展器用到移动无线系统中、以单片集成电路为目标进行研究,并使其实用化。压缩扩展器的电路形式,包括结构在内,都由计算机模拟设计,以TFG试验来确定工作状态,并作出评价。其结果,得到动态范围90dB以上、失真系数(在无调整时)0.4%以下、S/N—100dBm(3KHz带宽)的特性。另外,还具有以下特征:能进行温度补偿;采用外部调整,使失真系数达到最小;压缩器和扩展器装在同一单片上等等。在性能上也充分满足系统的要求。这一压缩扩展器对机器小型化、降低成本、提高可靠性方面作了很大贡献。本报告就压缩扩展器的组成、电路、特征和性能作一叙述。
