采用遥控、遥感、红外探测等先进技术,研究设计了一种遥控移动轻型吊车,以满足柔性制造系统和仓储物流行业自动化的需求。设计了“前转后驱”的机械传动系统、开式传动电磁闸瓦制动系统及直流串激电机驱动的起重卷扬装置;应用无线电遥控技术,设计了吊车前进、后退及转向的远程控制系统,并以发射与接收遥控集成组件为核心,用直流电源代替交流电源,实现了无轨运行;利用蜗轮与蜗杆传动的自锁功能,实现刹车制动;应用光电探测红外线探测技术,实现了异物探测自动停车与报警功能。通过对该车稳定性等有关参数的计算分析,得出本设计达到了预定的技术指标,能够满足使用要求。
