班主任作为初中生的重要管理者,其在中学生的日常生活和学习中扮演着重要角色,中学班主任不仅要对学生的学习状况进行实时跟进,还要及时针对中学生成长中出现的心理问题进行及时的疏导,尤其是对于住宿式的初中学校的班主任更要对学生的生活起居进行全方位的辅导和监督。而班主任的管理方式之一便是针对有问题的学生与其进行及时的谈话,此时的谈话与其说是师生之间的聊天,不如说是初中班主任对学生的一种重要的教育方式,因此班主任的谈话方式、时间和地点就显得尤为重要。本文针对初中班主任在管理工作中的谈话时出现的问题进行浅析,并提出了相应的解决对策,希望可以对初中班主任今后的管理工作有所帮助。
