近9年来,我部抢救急性心肌梗塞17例(含再发梗塞2例),经就地抢救后,全部安全转送至上级医院。现报告如下。一、一般资料男14例,女3例。年龄43～78岁,平均61.2岁。干部9例,职工3例,家属5例。梗塞部位:前间壁4例,前壁2例,前壁加侧壁2例(含再发梗塞1例),下壁7例(含再发梗塞1例),心内膜下梗塞1例,下壁加前壁梗塞1例。送院后3小时死亡1例,第3天死亡1例,第6～12天死亡2例,
In the past 9 years, 17 cases of acute myocardial infarction (including 2 cases of recurrent infarction) were rescued by our ministry. After being rescued on the spot, all the cases were safely transferred to the superior hospital. The report is as follows. First, the general information of 14 males and 3 females. Age 43 to 78 years old, average 61.2 years old. Cadres in 9 cases, 3 workers, 5 cases of family members. Infarction site: anterior wall in 4 cases, anterior wall in 2 cases, anterior wall plus side wall in 2 cases (including recurrent infarction in 1 case), inferior wall in 7 cases (including recurrent infarction in 1 case), subendocardial infarction in 1 case, 1 case of inferior wall plus anterior wall infarction. 1 patient died 3 hours after hospital admission, 1 patient died on the third day, 2 patients died on the 6th to 12th day,
