自2003年北京理工大学图书馆率先开通移动短信服务,国内图书馆移动信息服务已经有十余年的发展。本文以天津市25所高职院校图书馆为调研对象,调查研究其移动信息服务开展情况及服务方式、服务内容等,并针对天津市高职图书馆移动信息服务的现状,以高职学生的需求和体验为中心,提出提升移动信息服务质量和资源利用率及提高学生的满意度和持续使用的建议,为构建天津市高职图书馆网络化、个性化信息服务体系提供参考依据。
Since 2003, Beijing Institute of Technology Library opened the first mobile messaging services, domestic mobile information services library has been more than ten years of development. In this paper, 25 vocational colleges in Tianjin Library as the research object, investigate the development of mobile information services and services, services, content, and so on, and the current situation of mobile information services in Tianjin Vocational College Library, , This paper puts forward suggestions on how to improve the quality of mobile information service and resource utilization, enhance the students’ satisfaction and sustainable use, and provide a reference for constructing the networked and personalized information service system of Tianjin Vocational Vocational Library.
