一、前言炉温均匀性是目前离子氮化设备存在的一个重要问题,生产上应用的离子氮化设备主要有钟罩式、通用式和井式等三种不同类型,其中以钟罩式居多数。由于炉体结构上的特点,一般钟罩式离子氮化炉都程度不同的存在着上面温度低,下面温度高的现象。炉温均匀性直接影响着另件的温度均匀性,因而影响着另件的氮化质量。国内有些单位在提高炉温均匀性方面做了不少试验研究工作。北京机床研究所对深井式离子氮化炉炉温均匀性进行了试验研究[1]芜湖重型机床厂和上海机制工艺研究所在炉顶上部加辅助阳极和隔热屏对提高炉体上
