目的 以北京大学医学生基层卫生实践为例,探讨全新的高校实践教学工作模式.方法 选择参与基层卫生实践的2004级～2007级八年制临床医学专业200名学生为研究对象,采用自制问卷进行调查,并进行个案访谈.结果 基层卫生实践活动作为实践教学形式,在学生中的接受度高,进一步通过对硬件环境、组织与管理情况、学生自我评价、活动效果评价等方面的调研发现,通过这一教学模式,学生不仅在专业知识方面收获较大,而且在职业精神与人文素养方面得到较大的提升.结论 基层卫生实践基于教育教学一体化原则,借助实践活动的基本形式,形成了教学活动与育人工作相结合的实践教学工作模式.“,”Objective Focus on the general practice of Peking University Health Science Center (PUHSC),the study aims to explore the operating model,applying to the new approach of the practical education in colleges and universities.Methods The study conducted a questionnaire survey with 200 clinical students,who have taken part in the general practice,cooperated with some individual interviews.Results The general practice served as the part of the practice teaching,have been widely accepted in the students,moreover,there are more gains in the professionalism and the medical humanities accomplishment than in the professional knowledge.Conclusions As the new form of practical education,the general practice followed by the integration of educating and teaching,become the conjunction of teaching and educating.
