本文根据“3+2”助理全科医生的教育培养要求和特点,坚持以满足“六位一体”要求的职业能力培养为主线,以“校地”合作育人为抓手的教育培养体系开发策略,围绕“下得去”的目标探讨“校地”合作育人机制,从按照“用得上”的要求制定与实施人才培养方案,瞄准“留得住”的目标拓展助理全科医生发展空间,以及注重抓好教育培养关键环节等方面系统地介绍了“3+2”助理全科医生教育培养的主要举措、初步成效和进一步改进思路,为培养助理全科医生提供依据.“,”Based on the “3+2” assistant general practitioner education and training requirements and characteristics,adhere to meet the “six in one” professional competence required training the main line to the starting point of educating people to cooperate school education and training system development strategy,around the “going down” the goal of educating people to explore the school grounds cooperation mechanism,from the formulation and implementation of personnel training programs in accordance with the “lingua franca” requirement,aimed at “retain” the goal to expand the implementation of physician assistant general development space approach,as well as pay attention to grasp the key link education and training and other aspects of the system introduced the “3+2” main initiatives physician assistant general education and training,the initial results and further improvement ideas.
