由于FRP筋为非金属材料,耐腐蚀性能好,我国规范规定FRP配筋混凝土受弯构件的最大裂缝宽度限值放宽至0.5 mm。但规范中的最大裂缝宽度计算公式仍然沿用普通钢筋混凝土规范中的计算公式,公式中的参数取值未经过试验数据的校核,公式适用性存疑。为此,该文从最大裂缝宽度的计算原理出发,借助近年来文献中完成的FRP筋混凝土受弯构件的实测数据,对相对黏结特性系数νi的取值、裂缝间受拉FRP筋应变不均匀系数ψ的计算、最大裂缝宽度与平均裂缝宽度的比值系数τs、长期荷载下的裂缝宽度增大系数τl以及裂缝间混凝土受拉对裂缝宽度的影响系数αc等进行了全面的校核和修订。该文提出的修正的最大裂缝宽度计算公式具有更高的可信度和合理性,可为我国规范的修订提供参考。
As FRP tendons are non-metallic materials, corrosion resistance is good, China’s code stipulates that the maximum crack width of FRP reinforced concrete flexural members should be relaxed to 0.5 mm. However, the calculation formula of the maximum crack width in the code still follows the formula in the code of ordinary reinforced concrete. The values of the parameters in the formula have not been checked by the test data and the applicability of the formula is doubtful. Therefore, based on the calculation principle of the maximum crack width, based on the measured data of the flexural members of FRP tendons completed in the literature in recent years, the values of the relative bond coefficient νi, the strain of the tensioned FRP tendons between the fractures are not uniform Coefficient ψ calculation, the ratio of the maximum crack width to the average crack width coefficient τs, the crack growth coefficient under long-term load τl and the impact of concrete between the cracks on the crack width of the crack coefficient αc conducted a comprehensive review and revision. The proposed formula for calculating the maximum crack width has higher credibility and rationality, which can provide a reference for the revision of our country’s norms.
