为了学习引进德国既有建筑节能改造的理念,根据项目的要求,项目确定了“走出去、请进来”的工作思路。为此,德国技术合作公司根据项目操作的有关规定,通过招投标,选择了德国S&P建筑设计和工程管理有限责任公司作为示范工程节能改造的德方设计单位。唐山项目管理办公室也根据唐山的实际情况,选择了唐山规划建筑设计研究院作为中方的设计单位。
In order to learn the concept of introducing energy-saving renovation of existing buildings in Germany, according to the requirements of the project, the project has determined the work train of thought of “going out and coming in”.
