随着改革开放的深入和社会的高速发展,非公有制经济在促进经济增长、扩大就业和活跃市场等方面发挥了重要作用,已在社会发展中占有举足轻重的作用。非公有制经济组织人才是人才队伍的重要组成部分。落实以人为本的科学发展观,优化人才工作环境,吸引人才、留住人才,培养人才,为非公有制经济持续健康发展提供一个稳定协调的环境,具有十分重要的战略意义。本论文旨在分析和讨论人才开发现状,并提出针对人才的开发提出对策和建议。
