高铁酸盐是一种集氧化、消毒和混凝为一体的高效绿色水处理剂,在水处理领域有着很大的应用前景,但现阶段仍存在稳定性差和高浓度试剂成本高等缺点,这也是限制其大规模应用的重要因素。通过隔膜电解法制备高铁酸钠溶液,并分析其制备成本,发现定时更换阳极铁能大幅提高高铁酸钠的浓度和降低其制备成本,这可为高铁酸盐在水厂中大规模直接应用的可行性提供参考。当电流密度为33.8 m A/cm~2、电解时间为3 h、在第1小时更换阳极铁时,高铁酸钠溶液浓度可达到0.39 mol/L,制备成本为0.08元/g。
