目的通过分析某农药制造建设项目的职业病危害情况与职业病危害控制效果,对易发生急慢性职业病中毒与突发事故的岗位提出合理建议,使劳动者职业健康得到保障。方法采用职业卫生学调查、检查表法、工作场所职业病危害因素检测等方法对该建设项目进行评价。结果针对有代表性的岗位进行了检测,检测的化学毒物包括二氯乙烷、二氯甲烷、丙酮、二甲基甲酰胺、环己酮、甲醇、氢氧化钠、盐酸、乙二醇、苯、甲苯、二甲苯,各岗位检测的化学毒物均低于检出限,甲醇CSTEL为12.53 mg/m3,盐酸最高检测浓度为2.38 mg/m3,甲苯的CSTEL为11.01~53.61 mg/m3。各岗位检测的化学毒物浓度均符合国家标准接触限值的要求。结论该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,应加强职业卫生管理与职业病危害防护措施的持续改进,提高劳动者自我防护意识。
Objective To analyze the occupational hazards and control effects of occupational hazards in a pesticide manufacturing and construction project, and put forward reasonable suggestions on the positions prone to acute and chronic occupational diseases and emergencies so as to ensure the occupational health of laborers. Methods Occupational hygiene investigation, checklist method and workplace occupational hazards were used to evaluate the construction project. The results of a representative job for testing, testing of chemical toxins, including dichloroethane, dichloromethane, acetone, dimethylformamide, cyclohexanone, methanol, sodium hydroxide, hydrochloric acid, ethylene glycol, benzene , Toluene and xylene. The chemical toxins in each post were lower than the detection limit. The methanol CSTEL was 12.53 mg / m3, the highest concentration of hydrochloric acid was 2.38 mg / m3 and the CSTEL of toluene was 11.01-53.61 mg / m3. The concentration of chemical toxins detected in each post meets the requirements of the national standard of contact limits. Conclusion This project belongs to the construction projects with serious occupational hazards. The continuous improvement of occupational health management and protection measures against occupational hazards should be strengthened to raise the awareness of workers’ self-protection.
