单纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血(purered cell aplasia,简称PRCA)是一组以单纯红细胞系统再生障碍为主要特点的贫血。其表现为骨髓中有核红细胞极度减少,贫血显著,Ret极度减少或几乎缺如,而WBC和Plt计数正常。此类贫血比较少见,现将我院5年中(1983年3月～1988年2月)收治的20例PRCA报告如下。
Pure erythrocyte aplasia (PRCA) is a group of anemia characterized by simple erythrocyte aplastic anemia. The performance of bone marrow erythroblasts extremely reduced, anemia significantly, Ret extremely reduced or almost absent, and WBC and Plt count normal. Such anemia is relatively rare, now 5 years in our hospital (March 1983 ~ February 1988) received 20 cases of PRCA report as follows.
