在 ICP- MS基础上用标准加入法对白酒中的锰、铅、铜进行了定量测定。与常见的分析方法相比 ,这种方法具有方便、准确、快速的优点。与等离子光谱相比 ,ICP- MS的检出限要低 3个数量级。由于果酒、黄酒和饮料的成分与白酒相似 ,因此这种方法不仅可以用来测定白酒中的微量元素 ,而且还可以用来测定果酒、黄酒及饮料中的微量元素。
On the basis of ICP-MS, the standard addition method was used to determine the contents of manganese, lead and copper in liquor. Compared with the common analytical methods, this method has the advantages of convenience, accuracy and speed. The detection limit of ICP-MS is 3 orders of magnitude lower than that of plasma spectroscopy. Because wine, rice wine and beverage ingredients similar to white wine, so this method can not only be used to determine trace elements in white wine, but also can be used to determine fruit wine, rice wine and beverages trace elements.
