渤海海峡跨海通道建设是一项综合运输建设,主要涉及铁路、公路和水路运输三项内容。以2002年投入产出表为基础,运用产出乘数、投资乘数和就业乘数等系数和指标定量预测了渤海海峡跨海通道建设投资对国民经济的贡献,预测结果表明,渤海海峡跨海通道建设投资的产出乘数为2.578 5,投资乘数为1.279 1,就业乘数为750,影响力系数为1.146 8,说明渤海海峡跨海通道建设对其他部门的波及影响程度略高于各部门的平均影响水平,对国民经济起到了应有的贡献。
The construction of the cross-sea channel of the Bohai Strait is an integrated transport construction involving mainly three components of railways, highways and waterways. Based on the input-output table in 2002, the contribution of investment in the construction of the Bohai Strait Cross-sea Passage to the national economy is quantitatively predicted by using the factors such as output multiplier, investment multiplier and employment multiplier. The forecast results show that the Bohai Strait Cross The output multiplier of the investment in the sea channel construction was 2.578 5, the investment multiplier was 1.279 1, the employment multiplier was 750, and the influence coefficient was 1.146 8, indicating that the impact of the construction of the cross-sea channel in the Bohai Strait on other sectors is slightly higher than that of other departments The average level of influence of various departments has made due contributions to the national economy.
