市场中野生动物的悲惨处境使我夜不能寐,我必须采取一些实际步骤尽可能给受难中的动物以救助。既然经营者不认为野生动物的生存有何意义,其价值仅仅是商业利用;“野生动物是我们的朋友,保护野生动物就是保护我们自己”这样的真理对他们只是痴人癔语;故与其对之宣教,不如诉诸法律。哪怕只救助一只动物,也会使我稍感欣慰,况且就目前野生动物的普遍危境而言,一个实际行动比千言万语的说教更重要,虽然宣传不是不需要,也不是已经过度。
The tragic situation of wild animals in the market made it impossible for me to sleep at night. I must take some practical steps to help the animals in need as much as possible. Since operators do not think that the survival of wild animals has any meaning, their value is merely commercial use; the truth that “wildlife is our friend, and the protection of wildlife is to protect ourselves” is only ridiculous to them; therefore, it is against them. It is better to go to the law than to initiate a mission. Even if only one animal is saved, it will make me feel a little relieved. Moreover, in terms of the current prevalence of wild animals, an actual action is more important than a thousand words of preaching, although propaganda is not unnecessary or excessive.
