1病例报告患者男;19岁。主因谵妄、意识不清伴呕吐、大量出汗1h送诊。询问病史:陪伴人员诉患者1h前曾自服氨咖甘片(脑宁片),药量不详。查体:体温38.4℃,心率112/min,呼吸24次/min,血压145/88mmHg。谵妄,意识不清,全身皮肤潮红,余未见异常。拟诊为药物中毒。立即给予温水洗胃,10%葡萄糖溶液1000ml、生理盐水1000ml静脉滴注,地西泮10mg
