1病例报告患者男,81岁。因尿呈酱油色,皮肤、巩膜黄染4天就诊。糖尿病病史10年,应用精蛋白生物合成人胰岛素皮下注射治疗,空腹血糖控制在正常范围,8天前监测午餐后血糖出现波动,自行加用阿卡波糖片治疗,4天后发现尿呈酱油色,皮肤、巩膜黄染,轻度瘙痒,无畏寒、发热,无恶心、呕吐,轻微腹部不适、腹胀,无明显腹痛,无心悸、胸闷、气短,无尿少。查体:体温
