半柔性路面材料是将水泥基材灌注于母体沥青混合料中形成的一种刚柔兼备的新型路面材料,矿料级配直接影响母体沥青混合料的物理、力学性能。为保证母体沥青混合料具备良好的骨架支撑作用,同时保证一定的空隙率以灌注水泥基材,笔者研究4.75mm、2.36mm、矿粉、沥青等含量对母体沥青混合料稳定度、空隙率的影响程度及规律;进一步研究4种级配的半柔性路面材料高温、低温、水稳、疲劳性能。结果表明:母体沥青混合料的空隙率与2.36mm含量、油石比呈负相关关系,与矿粉含量呈正相关关系;稳定度与2.36mm含量呈正相关关系,与矿粉含量呈负相关关系;建议2.36mm含量≤4.5%、油石比≤3.5%、4.75mm含量≤6%;半柔性路面材料具有极优的高温性能,但低温性能不良且低于2000的规范要求。本文为半柔性路面材料设计及推广应用提供试验基础。
The semi-flexible pavement material is a kind of new pavement material with both rigidity and softness, which is formed by pouring the cement substrate into the parent asphalt mixture. The grading of the mineral aggregate directly affects the physical and mechanical properties of the parent asphalt mixture. In order to ensure that the parent asphalt mixture has a good skeleton support function and ensure a certain voidage to fill the cement substrate, the author studies the effects of the contents of 4.75mm, 2.36mm, slag and asphalt on the stability of the parent asphalt mixture, the porosity The degree of influence and regularity; further study of four graded semi-flexible pavement materials, high temperature, low temperature, water stability, fatigue properties. The results showed that the porosity of the parent asphalt mixture was negatively correlated with the content of 2.36 mm and the ratio of oil to rock, and positively correlated with the content of mineral powder. The stability was positively correlated with the content of 2.36 mm and negatively correlated with the content of mineral powder. 2.36mm content ≤ 4.5%, whetstone ratio ≤ 3.5%, 4.75mm content ≤ 6%; semi-flexible pavement material has excellent high temperature performance, but poor low-temperature performance and less than 2000 specifications. This article provides experimental basis for the design and promotion of semi-flexible pavement materials.
