对产生行波磁场的线性电机的气隙中的磁感应强度分布进行了测定,分别用液态镓和AI-Si合金液进行了流动和除杂模拟试验,找出了磁场分布影响电磁净化效果的一般规律,确定了适合于金属电磁净化的磁场均布区域。
The magnetic induction intensity distribution in the air gap of a linear motor with traveling-wave magnetic field was measured. The fluidity and impurity removal simulation experiments were carried out with liquid gallium and AI-Si alloy liquid, respectively. The magnetic field distribution was found to affect the electromagnetic purification effect Law, identified suitable for metal electromagnetic purification of the magnetic field uniform area.
