本研究的目的在于通过体内实验观察含氟牙膏对窝沟龋发展的影响。 材料和方法 取牛中切牙唇面直径6mm的圆柱形牙体组织块,在近釉牙本质界处切取1.5mm厚的牙本质片,并分别制备340μm宽、平均深度448μm和200μm宽、平均深度543μm的两条沟,将牙本质片用丙烯酸树脂固定在受试者义齿(?),(?)牙位的颊侧翼缘上。受试者31例,男12例,女19例,平均年龄54岁,平均DMFT为23,全身健康状况良好,不服用增加患龋风险的药物,随机分为实验组15例,使用1000ppm的含氟(NaF)牙膏3个月,对照组使用不含氟牙膏。实
