加快苏北振兴,推进区域共同发展,是江苏省委、省政府立足构建和谐江苏、实现“两个率先”作出的一项重大决策。本文通过对当前农村社会治安新趋势,新时期稳定农村治安必须破解的新课题进行分析,提出促进苏北振兴,必须从严落实基层维稳责任、加强农村基层政权建设、严厉打击涉农刑事犯罪、组织农民群众自防自治“四措”并举,全力开创农村社会治安工作新局面。
To speed up the revitalization of North Jiangsu and promote common development in the region is a major policy decision made by the Jiangsu provincial party committee and the provincial government on the basis of building a harmonious Jiangsu and realizing the “two pioneers”. This paper analyzes the new trend of the current social order in rural areas and the new issues that must be solved in the new period in order to stabilize the rural areas and puts forward that to promote the revitalization of North Jiangsu, we must strictly implement the responsibility of grassroots maintenance and stability, strengthen the building of rural grass-roots political power, crack down on criminal activities related to agriculture, Organize peasant masses self-defense autonomy “four measures” simultaneously, to create a new situation of rural social order.
