我市于1989～1991年承担了农业部下达的“30万亩夏玉米综合增产技术”丰收计划。通过项目的实施,1991年全市玉米单产达到605公斤,1992年612公斤,比项目实施前三年平均单产384公斤,亩增228公斤,增产59.4%,累计增加总严18880.3万公斤。并促进了全市农业发展,1991年即建成了“吨粮县”。我们在项目实施过程中,根据本市玉米生产情况,借鉴外地经验,组装运用了“五改五提高”的配套栽
