经济损失 如果消费者购买寿险后想退保,按合同的规定,都只能按一定的比例退。 根据《保险法》规定:“投保人解除合同,已缴足两年以上保险费的,保险人应当自接到解除合同通知之日起30日内,退还保险单的现金价值;未缴足两年保险费的,保险人按照合同约定在扣除手续费后,退还保险费。”
