使用二次离子质谱方法研究了近α型钛合金Ti-6Al-3Nb-2Zr-1Mo中α相和β相中以及裂纹尖端氢的分布规律.结果表明,氢质量浓度小于100×10-6时,未形成氢化物,氢在β相中的含量高于其在α相中的含量.氢倾向于在裂纹尖端富集,富集区尺寸略小于裂纹尖端的塑性变形区尺寸.
