产学研协同创新日益受到产业界和学术界的关注。首先对比传统创新模式和外部协作创新模式,分析企业的产学研协同创新动机。在此基础上,构建由产业实体+非产业实体构成的以企业为核心的产学研协同创新网络。提出把组成产品的基本单元——功能模块作为企业与外部资源交互的载体,进而构建一个面向产学研协同创新的运行生态圈模型,并分析核心企业依托以模块为单元的交互载体实现与外部产学研资源交互协作的运作机理。最后,结合海尔集团的产学研协同创新案例进一步验证本文提出理论的适用性。
Collaborative innovation in production, learning and research has increasingly drawn the attention of industry and academia. First of all, compare the traditional innovation model and external cooperation innovation model, analyze the motivation of collaborative innovation of enterprises. On this basis, we should build an enterprise-centered collaborative innovation network with industry as the core, which is composed of industrial entities and non-industrial entities. Put forward to make the basic unit of the product - function module as the carrier of enterprise interaction with external resources, and then build a collaborative innovation oriented operation ecosystem model of production and research institutes, and analyze the core enterprises rely on the module as a unit of interaction carrier and external production The operational mechanism of learning resources interaction and collaboration. Finally, combined with Haier Group’s collaborative innovation case study to further verify the applicability of the theory proposed in this paper.
