发展新能源是一个复杂的系统工程,政府是低碳城市建设中新能源发展的强有力保障。文章基于系统动力学视角对低碳城市建设中的新能源支撑体系的发展进行了分析。在此基础上,从博弈的角度研究了低碳城市建设中新能源发展及政府行为,建立了低碳城市建设中新能源发展四方协调博弈模型,分析了政府能源行为内容,提出了低碳城市建设中政府能源行为创新策略,为相关决策提供了理论支持。
The development of new energy is a complicated systematic project. The government is a powerful guarantee for the development of new energy in the construction of low-carbon cities. Based on the perspective of system dynamics, the article analyzes the development of the new energy support system in the construction of low-carbon cities. On this basis, from a game point of view, the development of new energy and government behavior in low-carbon city construction are studied. A four-way coordination game model of new energy development in low-carbon city construction is established. The content of government energy behavior is analyzed, Innovation strategy of government energy behavior in construction provides theoretical support for relevant decision-making.
