40CrNiMo钢具有较好综合机械性能和工艺性能,主要用于航空材料,根据对其强度和韧性的要求不同,可采取多种淬、回火处理。研究氢在该材科中的扩散行为及抵抗氢损伤的能力有重要意义。本文采用电化学渗透法[1]测定回火温度对氢扩散系数和表面溶解度的影响,并与正电子湮灭多谱勒展宽线型参数S对比,论证了正电子湮灭参量与氢扩散行为间的关系。
40CrNiMo steel with better mechanical properties and process performance, mainly for aviation materials, according to the different requirements of its strength and toughness, can take a variety of quenching and tempering. It is of great significance to study the diffusion of hydrogen in this material and its ability to resist hydrogen damage. In this paper, the influence of tempering temperature on hydrogen diffusion coefficient and surface solubility was investigated by electrochemical infiltration method [1]. Compared with the extended linear parameter S of positron annihilation Doppler spectroscopy, the relationship between positron annihilation parameter and hydrogen diffusion behavior relationship.
