内外无序是讨论有关建筑空间环境的方法论,其目的是以建筑空间环境相对的“内”“外”的视角去理解、解释、分析室内外建筑环境,并由此而得出的相关的设计方法。内外无序的建立,是基于一个动态与开放的“内”与“外”之间的系统,它的存在不是一非此即彼的绝对状态。它们总是处于一种各种因素交织作用而且其作用因素总在不断变化的复杂状态之中。内外无序体现在建筑空间环境中的空间、材料、自然性、符号、功能、景观等方面;也包括使用者对建筑的心理、感受的过程;同时也表现在人——建筑——自然环境的融合与交流之中。内外无序的定位决定了“无序”是一个具有丰富内涵的概念。它们之间的关系是模糊、交叉、渗透、流动、互动、开放。在相对的“内”与“外”之中不断的相互交流能量、物质与信息,从而走向一个能动的、可发展的空间系统。在设计方法上,内外无序可以视为一个开放的设计系统,强调的是一种动态的、开放的空间构筑思维,而并非是针对最终设计成果的表面拼贴方式。
