脑电阻图(REG)可用以反映脑血管机能状态及血流供应情况,为一种无创伤性、操作简便的生物物理学检测方法。但目前对它的临床应用价值,仍存在分歧意见。本文对正常人、高血压及脑卒中患者的脑电阻图进行了对比研究,并略加讨论。对象与方法一、对象均系在我院进行长期治疗的高血压患者及住院的急性脑血管意外的患者。高血压诊断标准与1974年全国规定的高血压普查方法及诊断参考标准相一致。高血压组共114
The brain resistance map (REG) can be used to reflect the status of cerebrovascular function and blood supply. It is a non-invasive and easy-to-use biophysical detection method. However, the current clinical value of its use, there are still differences of opinion. In this paper, normal subjects, patients with hypertension and stroke in patients with a comparison of brain resistance plots, and a little discussion. Subjects and methods First, the object is in our hospital for long-term treatment of hypertensive patients and hospitalized patients with acute cerebrovascular accident. Hypertension diagnostic criteria and the provisions of the 1974 national hypertension screening method and diagnostic reference standards are consistent. Total hypertension group 114
