The authors determined the association of homovanillic acid (HVA), methoxyphenethylene glycol (HPA) in cerebrospinal fluid of 24 epilepsy patients (8 males and 16 females) and 8 normal adults (3 males and 5 females) MHPG), 5-HIAA, cAMP and cGMP were measured and statistically analyzed to investigate their relationship with epilepsy. There was no significant difference in MHPG, 5-HIAA and cGMP between the two groups. Patients in the cAMP content were higher than the normal control group, the difference was significant. In particular, the cAMP level (31.7 ± 1.5 p mol / ml) in 3 patients who had an episode on the previous day was significantly higher than those in other groups (21.0 ± 5.0 p mol / ml) (p <0.005) The report is consistent. According to the different frequency of seizures, the study grouping patients revealed that the average weekly attack
