一、前言武钢高炉自1978年开始使用澳大利亚矿石。最初,由于对澳矿特性缺乏认识,使用量不多。1978年3月,3号高炉曾经将澳矿配比增到40%,此后各高炉澳矿使用量相继增加,1978~1979年一般为20~30%。自1980年以来,由于烧结矿碱度从1.3提高到1.5,高炉用料配比必须随之变动。因澳矿价格高,为了不增加生铁成本,对澳矿用量加以控制,所以1980~1984年高炉澳矿的配比一般在10~20%,常与海南矿、青路矿等搭配使用(热料率为80%左右)。实践证明,武钢高炉使用澳矿配比为20%左右,或再高一点时,
