研究了WGT与人体生理反应之间的关系,为热环境强度作训人员提供其军事活动允许时间值。结果:(1)短期强度作训时,在相对短的时间内,生理反应即达最大应激水平;(2)生理反应随着运动速度的加快(或增加运动强度)而增强;(3)实验结束时的HR、Tre、出汗量,I组为178±14b/min、39.3±0.6℃、1.321±0.196/h,Ⅱ组为182±12b/min、40.0±0.4℃、1.639±0.291/h,Ⅲ组为163±12b/min、38.3±0.6℃、1.671±0.3071/h.依据上述结果,作者推荐军事活动允许时间,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组应分别控制在88、74和28min。
The relationship between WGT and human physiological responses was studied to provide a time value of military activity for trained trainers in thermal environment. Results: (1) When short-term intensity training, the physiological response reached the maximum stress level in a relatively short period of time; (2) Physiological response increased with the acceleration of exercise speed (or increased exercise intensity); (3) At the end of the experiment HR, Tre, and sweating volume were 178 ± 14b / min in group I, 39.3 ± 0.6 ℃ and 1.321 ± 0.196 / h in group I, and 182 ± 12b / min in group II .0 ± 0.4 ℃, 1.639 ± 0.291 / h, Ⅲ ± 163 ± 12b / min, 38.3 ± 0.6 ℃, 1.671 ± 0.3071 / h. Based on the above results, the author recommended the time allowed for military activities, Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ group should be controlled at 88,74 and 28min.
