根据西吉、海原和固原县的气象、水文资料，分析了宁南半干旱一半干旱偏旱区的农业气候特征。认为该区光能资源丰富；长冬短更，热量资源较少，日较差大，积温有效性高；降水少，年际变化大，季节分配不均，春夏干旱频繁；光、热资源北多南少，降水资源南多北少，光、热、水资源匹配不佳，资源的有效性差；生态环境脆弱，气象灾害多、频率高等是本区主要的农业气候特征。并根据宁南农业气候特征提出了发展旱农的对策。
Based on the meteorological and hydrological data in Xiji, Haiyuan and Guyuan counties, the agro-climatic characteristics of arid and semiarid semiarid areas in southern Ningxia were analyzed. It is believed that the area is rich in light energy resources; winter is short and the heat resource is less, the daily difference is large, and the accumulated temperature is highly effective; less precipitation, large interannual variation, uneven seasonal distribution, frequent drought in spring and summer; There are few north and south, and there are less precipitation in south and north of north. The matching of light, heat and water resource is poor, and the resources are not effective. The ecological environment is fragile, meteorological disasters and high frequency are the main agricultural climate features in this area. According to the characteristics of agricultural climate in southern Ningxia, the countermeasures to develop dry and agricultural agriculture are put forward.
